| Rick is the guru of dust control and erosion control. During years at Rantec he has conducted both bench and field research and trials of erosion control products. He has been instrumental in developing tackifiers that can survive the wide range of weather conditions seen from the desert Southwest to the rain-forests of the Northwest. He has also applied polymer products and experience in control of dust in industrial and mining applications including roads, stockpiles and trains.Rick received his BS from Montana State University. He has 27 years experience in environmental testing, environmental remediation and process engineering. He is Chairman on the ASTM Tackifier Committee and serves on the products standards committee for hydraulically applied erosion control products.
Rick enjoys hunting, filming hunts, running and outdoor activities. He supports his wife and two girls in rodeo and equestrian activities. He also serves on the Dayton, Wyoming volunteer fire department and emergency services crew.

| Lloyd was the Manager at Rantec from 2004 trhough 2012 and has since semi-reitred to part time. Lloyd was educated at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology receiving a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked as a design engineer and pit foreman at several mining operations prior to working at Rantec. At Rantec he has worked in production, quality control, plant design and sales before becoming the general manager. During 28 years at Rantec he gained extensive experience in process engineering and application of polymers into industrial applications.Lloyd uses his 39 years of industrial experience to apply and troubleshoot polymer products in the wide range of applications seen by Rantec.
Mr. Marsden in a Registered Professional Engineer in Wyoming and South Dakota. He is a member of SME, American Chemical Society and National Groundwater Association.
Mr. Marsden enjoys music, gardening and woodworking at home. He is active in community theatre and Boy Scouts of America.

| Susan has been a Rantec employee since 1989. Her more that 20 years of experience in the industry are invaluable to Rantec’s quality control and product development laboratory. Susan enjoys winter time activities including snowmobiling. Summer time finds her enjoying the Big Horn Mountains. |
George McKenzie, Shipping, Receiving and Blending |
| George blends and packages products, loads and unloads trucks, assists with production, and keeps equipment maintained. He has been a Rantec employee since 1989. George enjoys ranching and farming in his off hours. |
Aldin McKenzie, Shipping, Receiving and Blending |
| A long time employee, Aldin operates the plant equipment during production, conducts quality control testing in the lab, and assists in bench testing in product development. During his time off he enjoys working on automobiles. |
