PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Super Tack® is an organic tackifier manufactured in the USA and is specifically designed for use as a hydraulically applied erosion control tackifier. Super Tack® is used as a stand-alone temporary erosion control product or with wood, paper, or other native fiber mulches to provide superior bonding strength. Super Tack® is specifically designed to develop optimal slurry viscosity to improve sprayability and pump performance. Super Tack® disperses in water creating a lump free slurry, saving time and money.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR EROSION CONTROL

It is recommended that in a hydromulch slurry that Super Tack® be applied at 15 to 25 lbs per 1000 gallons of water depending on machine capacity. When used as an overspray for straw, mix Super Tack® more concentrated at a rate of 40 lbs in 1,000 gallons of water with 150 to 300 lbs per acre of mulch as a marker. Super Tack® can be used for all soil and aggregate type surfaces.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add water to tank to cover blades of lower agitator.
  2. Add Super Tack® slowly while filling tank with agitator at high speed.

Super Tack® is available in a variety of packaging and sizes:

  • 10 lb bags packaged in 50 lb. cases.
  • 50 lb (22.68 kg) bags.
  • 20 lb plastic buckets.

Yes. It can be used on virtually any soil or aggregate surface for temporary stabilization.

Add water to your tank to cover the blades of the lower agitator. Slowly add Super Tack® while filling the tank with the agitator on high speed to create a lump-free slurry.

Any hydraulic applicator or hydroseeder with proper agitation works well.
